Transportation Billing Analysts/Auditors

Candidates must possess experience in transportation operations, planning, budgeting, accounting, and or billing. Computer literacy and data analysis skills required.

Parcel Billing Analysts

Candidate should be located in the Ft Myers, FL area and possess an independent work ethic. Excellent computer and analytical skills are required as Trans Audit’s goal is to obtain the highest level of overbilling and overpayment recoveries for our Fortune and Global 1000 Clients via data and billing analysis. Responsibilities include 1) reviewing and comparing billing data received from carriers on a regular basis against Client contractual terms, 2) auditing for correct application of services provided by the carrier, 3) identifying over billings, 4) substantiating reimbursement claims 5) submitting claims to the carrier, and 6) following up with the carrier to ensure resolution is obtained. We operate with the highest level of integrity and accuracy to ensure the greatest acceptance of claims and issuance of refunds.

Director of Business Development

This position is responsible for generating quality leads, meeting with Clients and prospects, responding to RFPs, managing prospect interaction and follow up in a CRM tool and additional duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, marketing, sales or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience with demonstrated success in selling in the field of logistics/transportation, preferably freight and parcel post audit or pre-audit services
  • Proven success calling on all levels of management including C-level contacts
  • Excellent knowledge of the transportation, supply chain and freight payment industry
  • Organized with a very strong sense of urgency, client focus and initiative
  • Must have prior experience in developing and maintaining client/prospect relationships
  • Excellent computer skills are required: LinkedIn, CRM tool, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
